Nestled against a picturesque hillside and nestled adjacent to the lush forest, this hotel offers a serene and stunning location. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with ample amenities, including quality towels and bathrobes. the restaurant serves delicious food and the breakfast offers sufficient options. the outside thermal pool and sauna provide a relaxing atmosphere with stunning forest views.
The limited English-speaking staff can be a hindrance for non-native speakers.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were impressivelyvery comfy and tidy. We enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the mineral hot water swimming pool, and the location next to a great hillside was perfect for peaceful hiking.

The view from our room was stunning and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast had a wide selection of food to choose from and we appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on site. the thermal pool was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the nearby forest.
The staff lacked basic communication skills and were unapproachable. Our check-in process was lengthy and we encountered an issue with payment at check-out.
